Hi,

We’ve received an inquiry about MCAN configuration.

Could you tell us which register can set the CAN#_CLKSRC_SEL on the MCAN module below ?

Is it MCAN#_CLK_SRC_SEL register described in the AM263x Register Addendum ?

If so, how can we set this register ? For example, how to set it for selecting EXT_REFCLK ?

    Hello Hideaki-san,

    Please review Table 6-23. Configuration Options. You can start on Page 253 for MCAN entries. MCAN0_CLK_MUX should be a searchable term as well.

    The table includes the setting needed for EXT_REFCLK.
