How much current require from 3.3 and 1.2V supplies when AM2634 working with all core and peripherals in full functional mode ?

Have you taken a look at the AM263x Power Estimator Tool? This is available in the AM263x product pages, under the Technical Documentation section (note that you may have to expand the section to see more documents to find the Power Estimator Tool).

This tool will help you estimate the power needs of the AM263x based on the peripheral usage.
