AM2634-Q1: EXT_REFCLK in the Figure 6-18. Root Clock in the TRM

Hi,

We’ve received a question about “EXT_REFCLK” from my customer. Could you confirm below ?

“EXT_REFCLK” is described as “up to 50MHz” in the Figure 6-18.Root Clocks in the TRM, but it is 100MHz in other descriptions in TRM.

Which is correct ? or is there some PLL between Root Clocks in Figure 6-18 and the function that uses "EXT_REFCLK" ?

    Hi Hideaki,

    The correct frequency for EXT_REFCLK is 100MHz. We are in the middle of a refinement process for the TRM so we will make sure to address this in the review.
