I require a low cost microcontroller/processor that supports remote Audio and Video streaming with the following added features:

1.Motion Detection
2.Night Vision
3. Mic and Speaker
4. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 
5. Camera

    Could you give an idea of what low cost means?

    And what other peripherals or processing power is needed to determine whether microcontroller or microprocessor?

    My project has the following specific requirements:

    1. Global Streaming Services: The project must support global streaming services for both audio and video, such as Wowza or Nimble Streamer, to enable worldwide content distribution.

    2. Similar Features to ESP32 S3 Sense Board: I require a board with features similar to the ESP32 S3 Sense board. This includes specific functionalities and hardware interfaces that are present in the ESP32 S3 Sense board, which are critical for my project. 

    3. Cost-Effectiveness: Budget constraints are a concern, and I need an affordable solution that can meet these requirements. 

    4.Low Power Consumption: The project involves battery-operated devices,  a board with low power consumption would be advantageous

    Considering these requirements, I am seeking an alternative board that can meet these criteria and provide a cost-effective solution for my project.
