Hello,
The L2RAM errors on ESM group 3 are not signalled using an FIQ, so it means that the program may read a corrupted value from L2RAM and only realise that after checking the ESM Status Register 3 and
RAMERRSTATUS register. Is that correct?
Group 1 - Channel 26: L2RAMW - ECC Single Bit Error
Group 2 - Channel 07: L2RAMW - Uncorrectable Error Type B
Group 3 - Channel 03: L2RAMW - ECC Double Bit Error
Group 3 - Channel 14: L2RAMW - Uncorrectable Error Type A
Group 3 - Channel 15: L2RAMW - Address/Control Parity Error
Does the PBIST from SL_SelfTest_PBIST of the SafeTI Diagnostic Library applied to L2RAM (PBIST_RAMGROUP_29_L2RAMW and PBIST_RAMGROUP_30_L2RAMW) detect the above errors?
Best regards,
Marcio
