LP-MSPM0L1306: Cannot Access Memory while Flash-Loading in KEIL IDE

Consider our System Configuration:

1. LP-MSPM0L1306

2. Keil uvision Licensed version: V5.38.0.0

We are able to compile without any eroors in KEIL IDE, but having problem while loading the code to the LaunchPad.

We are getting "Cannot Access Memory" error during flash-loading the board.

Build Output is as follows:

For the debugger, do you use XDS110 or J-Link?

It is a Launchpad so I am using the on-board XDS110.

I tried using Arm's uLink plus Debugger also, it is showing the same issue i.e. Cannot Access Memory.

However we are able to Flash Load the LaunchPad in CCS environment, which indicates no hardware issues.

Probably there is some issue in Keil Settings side only.

Have you use a USB HUB? Please connect the device to the PC's USB port directly.

Hii Gary,

We have connected the device directly to PC's port without using any USB hub.

Request you to please escalate the issue and help resolve our problem soon so that we can start our development.
