AM2434: max EPWMCLK on dsp and/or Sitara

Hi,

for example on F2837x dsp family the EPWMCLK should not exceed 100 MHz, giving a 10ns resolution on PWM prd if not using HR.

On F2838x, this limit is 200 MHz. Which is the limit on Sitara devices that uses the same ePWM peripheral? (like the AM243x family)

And, in general, there are devices where the EPWMCLK could be > 200 MHz?
