Hi Gibbs,

The D0 pin is usually set to TX (MOSI) only. The D1 is set to RX (MISO). In AM243x, if you set the D0 pin as the TX and RX, then the D0 will act as both MOSI and MISO at the same time, therefore it is in internal loopback mode.
