Hello, thank you for always answering my questions.
Today, I would like to ask you how to solve the problem because the HALCoGen generation software violates MISRA C.
1. How to make HALCoGen generation software satisfy MISRA C?
2. Or is the HALCoGen generation software okay for SIL3 certification even if it doesn't meet MISRA C?
3. Or the HALCoGen generation software already meets MISRA C, but am I mistaken?
Thank you for looking at my question. have a good day.
Hi,
Which MISRA C standards are you verifying?
Because the code generated from HALCoGen for Hercules device (RM48) is comply with the MISRA-C 2004 coding guidelines only. So, they are not strictly complying with the MISRA 2012 rules.

Thank you for your quick reply.
We are currently validating the MISRA C 2012 standard.
Is there any way to meet the MISRA C 2012 standard using HALCoGen?
Hi,
It is not possible with the current version of HALCoGen, if any part of the code violates the MISRA 2012 guidelines the corresponding code has to be manually change by customer itself.
