I had a customer try playing around with the BSL GUI and wasn't able to get it working out of the box.
On their Launchpad C8 was populated which interfered with the PA23 UART_TX on the GUI. C8 is marked DNP on the Launchpad schematic but it seems like this one had the capacitor populated. Removing the capacitor fixed the issue and allowed the GUI to work as described.
Just a heads up in case anyone else runs into this!
