Much faster than you can take measurements. Especially if you have a high source impedance. I think your question really is: How fast can you take a series of measurements?

Thank you for the reply. I guess the information I would like to know can be on the datasheet, and I wasn't able to find it out. Are there no specific value of switching speed of internal multiplexer connected to ADC?

There is no related information in Datasheet.

But you can have a look at Figure 7-1 and 9-1 in M0L1306's TRM.

External Pin is directly connected to analog peripheral.

You can have the ADC and the digital peripheral share the same physical interface, which is not recommended.

Maybe I guess, the key point is the ADC start time.

There are some ADC switching characteristics in datasheet, such as Software trigger minimum width.
