AM2634-Q1: Sometimes the boot will stuck in RBL and want to know RBL's processing flow on QSPI Flash

Not sure if I understood correctly. Are you saying in QSPI boot mode when the issue happens you connect the JTAG and reset the flash then afterwards the boot will always work as expected  on the same board ?

Also please help with the followings:

1. Which QSPI Flash memory is used ?

2. Does the power sequence meet the device/DS requirement ?

3. When the issue happens, could you please dump the  memory from 0x0008_2800 for 4KB (refer to Table 5-20 in TRM).

4. As its a custom board, the schematics were reviewed ? And do you have waveform dump of QSPI lines while booting ?

Need to double check with customer on the above questions. But before that, could you tell me that if there are any differences on the external Flash accessing process between RBL and SBL? Or can you share the program flow of RBL in perspective of accessing external Flash?

Conceptually its the same, both facilitate next stage binaries to be loaded and run. You could refer to boot flow here :

I checked this before, it looks fine from my point of view.

It is a little bit hard to replicate the issue in customer side, need time to do this.

We reviewed their schematics. And the boot sequence should be fine. If you need, we can capture it again and let you check.

I know the RBL is secured info, but the flow in RBL to access external Flash and also the boot pin sample, etc., is critical info for application. Can BU provide a draft boot flow chart on those parts?

Yes please do share the  waveform dump of QSPI lines along with the dump of memory from 0x0008_2800 for 4KB. TRM is updated with boot flow in detail now. Can you please check Initialization Chapter (Section 5.2 Boot Process) ?
