You can easily start a sample code review from TI Developer Zone: TI Developer Zone

For your requirement of register level sample code, you can fast build a start demo using graphical user interface syscfg, and then convert it to register operation code without driver lib layer.

Actually, I have no idea for how to use the resources, and I do not know how to use graphical user interface syscfg.

Maybe I need to spend some time on the tools.

If there are user guide for the tools, please let me know.

I usually download code examples directly on TI's website and make them meet our need.

Now, I need to learn how the cloud resources work.

You can also download CCS and SDK from M0 page.

Import a sample code related to your design and just open example.c and syscfg file, you will figure out how these works.

I have created some sample code for MSP432 series device that meet our product with register level.

Can I use them directly in MSPM0 series?

Of course that I should change some registers or the register name defined in MSPM0 header file.

Btw,

Which version of CCS should I install for the latest device.

We also use MSP430 series device, and I suggested my boss to use both MSP430 and MSPM0 for our product.

I will need a IDE that can create MSP430, MSPM0, and maybe MSP432 devices.

No, there are a lot that is incompatible, register and function works differently between two devices. But the peripheral initialize is quick for MSPM0.
