My customer needs to support the packaging of MSPM0G1505 IC on VQFN48.

When I was designing the circuit, I found that there seemed to be no design for this package yet.

Is there any way to provide the packaging design of MSPM0G1505 on VQFN48?

Hi Chi,

I think what I need is the hardware specifications of the IC as shown below, because my customer may need to solder the IC directly to my circuit board.

Examples of files that may be required are shown below.

Our hardware design staff said there was insufficient information to design the hardware circuit.

Information such as the one in the file may be needed to suffice the design.
