AM2732: leakage current of GPIO in high impedance state.

Part Number: AM2732

Hi Experts

Could you pls help check what‘s the leakage current of GPIO when GPIo and pinmux is configured in high impedance state?

Thanks

Ken

  • Hi Ken,

Apologies for the lack of reply here, I am currently out of office but I will be back and will look into this for you on 12/5.

  • Hello Ken,

The GPIO when in high impedance state (receiver disabled, pull disabled) as a leakage current minimum of -18 uA and a leakage current maximum of 18 uA.

Here is a full table of leakage currents for the GPIO which will be added into the datasheet in the future:

    Parameter Min Typ Max Unit
Input Leakage Current, Receiver Disabled, Pull Disabled -18 18 uA
Input Leakage Current, Receiver Disabled, Pullup Enabled -243 -100 -19 uA
Input Leakage Current, Receiver Disabled, Pulldown Enabled 51 100 210 uA

    Best Regards,
