TMDSEMU200-U: USB Port Detection For Multiple Programmers

I have 2 x TMDSEMU200-U USB JTAG programmers that are connected to my PC.  I need to be able to detect each one's USB Port uniquely.  Each programmer will program a unique TI microprocessor.  I see in device manager both programming modules listed as Ports but when I use LabVIEW to open a VISA session with them I am unable to.  This would allow me to then query the port name of each program module uniquely.

Here are the details:

I’m unable to read the name of the device using NI-VISA commands to read out the name of the device its called in device manager.  I just receive an error when trying to open a VISA session with the XDS200 programming module.  Do I need to change any settings to make the name visible to be read?
