dear sir , iam giving input through quadrature pulse generator through pin eqep2A and eqep2B through Steve motor act like wheel by set RPM as 100 for that input we should find frequency through time period , this what we requirement .

Can you please give the period register value you are getting?

And also specify VCLK3 frequency and Capture timer prescaler value.

period register (QCPRD) value get 121,133, 363,87, like this value keep on changing if check value present in register . Capture timer is value is 1 , VCLK3 is 75MHz , but in configuration of eqep it showing 4VCLK4 . My major problem is value in period register is not getting constant value means range between this , like how to overcome from this problem , what set should be done in configuration .

same RPM only different value getting in period register , even direction also

Do you have any idea what is the frequency or Time period of the signals you are applying to the eqep2A and eqep2B?

RPM i set 100 RPM , PPR is 30 , then frequency it should get 50Hz , time period is 20msec but instead of that it giving wrong value in period register

Is it possible to measure it practically? Just try to measure the input frequency you are applying and also verify whether the frequency is stable or not.
