Per ARM TRM, most of MCU architectural registers (R0_R14, D0~D15, S0~S31) are not reset after clod-reset or warm-reset. The application must initialize those registers before they are used.

The HalCoGen generates a API for initializing those registers, and the SDL includes an API too.

Hello QJ!  Thanks for the info.  I think what we are more asking for is whether TI can add some insight into what conditions might cause these registers to not reset.  We observed an apparent temperature dependency where the registers would reliably be initialized in a known state at certain temperatures and would not be initialized in lower temperatures.  Is that something that TI has observed or is that beyond the scope of your testing?
