Hi Can you please provide the use case xls (Provide xls with inputs for the use case you are developing). I will try to model for 45C and update. In general dynamic power will be same (slightly increases) and leakage power will increase (bigger contributor) as temperature increases.

It is up to the user to input reasonable utilization numbers for processing engines/IPs for the purposes of maximum power analysis. 90-100% loading on the is not realistic for most application scenarios.
