AM2634: safety manual

I have requested safety manual for AM2634 through below link, as mentioned in one of the threads.

I have got access to  'AM263X-RESTRICTED-SECURITY - AM263x restricted security content' but I am unable to find Safety Manual under the restricted security content. kindly help

I am referring to the safety manual available similar to TMS570LC (spnu540a)
