AM2732: Parallel/LVDS/CMOS ADC data through CSI-2 interface of AM2732

Hi, 

We are currently developing a custom board radar platform with analog front end and want to use the AM2732 MCU + High speed (>10MSPS) ADC in our design. 

What we have seen is, AM2732 only accepts the CSI2 data interface through Radar controller subsytem for high speed data.

So, Is there a way to conect Parallel/LVDS/CMOS ADC output to CSI-2. Do we have to use some kind of converter? or AM2732 just designed for RFCMOS application? 

If there is no way to connect them, what would you suggest?

    Hi, 

    There is no native interface on the AM273x for this purpose. I would suggest starting with any FPGA  based CSI bridge IP examples you can find. Many FPGA vendors offer soft IP for this exact purpose. In a previous EVM design for our radar products I implemented a Lattice FPGA CIS-2 to parallel video input port, which is kind of the opposite situation to yours.
