If VPP (e-Fuse) is not used, which of the following three actions should be taken with the VPP pin?

VPP(e-Fuse)

  • Hi,

Apologies for the delayed response due to the holidays.

If VPP is not needed for AM263x, you can just leave it floating (option 2 listed).  You can see this called out in the AM263x Datasheet, section 7.9 VPP Specifications for One-Time Programmable (OTP) eFuses, in the table.  The row for VPP, during normal operation (not OTP programming) shows VPP can be "no connection".

    Thanks,
    Mike
