MSPM0L1106: MCU could not enter main code

Part Number: MSPM0L1106

When I plug off debug port, MCU will go shutdown after 10Sec.(MCU will release latch power when standby for 10Sec)

Then I press wake up button, then LDO will enalbe 3.3V to MCU VDD. But MCU could not go to Main code, it seems go to bootloader.

Can you connect PA18 to GND and take a try?

Please select the low power mode - sleep mode, and take a try whether it is the same issue, in case incorrect use.

Can you check and share the waveforms of the VCC and PA18 voltage when you wake up the device.
