Hello,
Does the TUE only varies from one sample to the other? or would it also vary during the operation?
Does it have any dependency to environmental factors ( temperature)
Thanks
Yassine
Hi Yassine,
All the error (offset, gain, DNL, INL and TUE etc) listed in the datasheet are applicable to all the temperatures within the recommended operating temperature ranges: -40 to 125C degree.

Thanks Jagadish for the quick reply,
I'm asking if the TUE at -40C will be different from the TUE at 125C for the same analog input value.
Thanks again,
Yassine
Hi Yassine,
I am checking this with my senior colleague and will provide you an update ASAP.

Hi Yassine,
I'm asking if the TUE at -40C will be different from the TUE at 125C for the same analog input value.
After confirming with an expert:
Yes, it is different. The TUE at -40 will be different from the TUE at 125C for the same analog input.
But we don't have any document on exactly how much it will vary with temperature and we do have datasheet mentioned ranges only.
