AM263P4: Clock Gating

Hi,

I tried to write 0x7 in the MSS_RCM->R5SS0_CORE1_GATE, but it is not written always showing 0x0. Checked on other peripherals gate register as well, same result.
Is there any lock and unlock register for the same.

Hello,

Yes, there are lock registers LOCK_KICK0 and LOCK_KICK1 for the same at the addresses 5320 9008h and 5320 900Ch. Please refer to the AM263P Register addendum (https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/spruj57) to look at the register descriptions of the device.

For the all the KICK0 and KICK1 register the lock and unlock values are same ?

The values to be written to unlock are present in the table Kick Protection Register Unlock Values in the TRM (www.ti.com/.../spruj55). Any-other value will lock the respective registers.
