AM263P4: L2OCRAM Power Control

Hi,

I've two doubts, regarding L2OCRAM Power Control.

1) In TRM under section 6.2.2.4.2 L2OCRAM Power Control, it is mentioned as "There are 4 memory banks each of 512KB available as L2OCRAM".
When I was checked in the TRM under section 2.1 Device Memory Map, there six L2ORAM is available with each of size 512KB.

Similarly for Power Off and On there are six MSS_RCM.L2OCRAM_BANK*_PD_CTRL & MSS_RCM.L2OCRAM_BANK*_PD_STATUS is available in the Microcontroller Register Addendum File under section 2.5.278 CFG0_L2OCRAM_BANK0_PD_CTRL.

So there actually six ram banks or four.

2) What is the purpose of six MPU_L2OCRAM each of 1KB.

Hello,

1. There are 6 RAM banks in AM263P, there's a mistake in the TRM.

2. They are MPU configuration registers present for each bank of the L2OCRAM. More information on this can be obtained from the section System Memory Protection Unit (MPU)/Firewalls in the TRM.
