I am looking for a MCU for a new project. The requirements for the MCU are:
-Functional safety product(ASIL B compliant)
-Package 7x7 mm or smaller -flash minimum 1024Kb
-Clock at least 48MHz
-32 Bit
-2 SPI min (nice to have 3 SPI)
-1 UART
-128KB RAM minimum
-JTAG interface
-5+ usable GPIOs
Could you please point me to the possible solutions on your portfolio, if you have one?

Thanks for your reply. I checked the Hercules devices but it looks like there is no MCU which is fitting the 7x7 size, can you confirm?
Hercules doesn't meet this requirement. It's physical dimensions are more than or equal to 16*16mm only.
And i filtered out the controllers which are lesser than or equal to 7*7mm dimension in our ARM controller page

Then i find some MSPM series of controllers there but here the problem is they doesn't have more than 256KB flash.
And i also don't know they meet your ASIL-B requirement because those are not part of our BU (Business Unit). If you interested to know further details about these controllers than i will move this thread to the corresponding BU.
