MCU-PLUS-SDK-AM243X: Add custom settings to syscfg "TI BOARD DRIVER"

Hi all,

I'd like to ask that is it possible to add user settings to syscfg "TI BOARD DRIVER"?

For example The drop menu in ETHPHY has only LP devices, "NONE" and "CUSTOM", can user add other PHY devices setting to it?
