Hello,

The AM2634 is supported by the XDS100v3.

Are you using a custom board or a TI EVM? The XDS100v3 requires a specific header for the debug probe to interface with the AM2634. Currently the TI EVMs make use of an on-board XDS110 debug probe and therefore have no debug header for the XDS100v3.

If you are using a custom board then refer to XDS Target Connection Guide and https://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/documents/xdsdebugprobes/emu_jtag_adapters.html#tmdsadpemu-20t for more information regarding the header specifications. Additionally, the Emulation and Trace Header TRM includes more detailed information about the emulation header solutions.

Thanks for the confirmation.

Customer have XDS100v3 devices used in previous projects, and want to check if they can be used on AM2634 customer board. Will recommend customer to follow the docs you mentioned.
