No this will not be possible as DIP swicthes are read by ROM and used to decide on the boot mode.

Though it should be possible to build a custom sbl to boot different application based on option selected by user. This design needs to be though thoroughly. Let me check it and get back to you by next week.

Yes at a time only one protocol stack should be run.
