RM48L952: HALCOGEN Does not display Properly on Windows 10 Pro

HALCOGEN v04.07.01 tool does not display properly on Windows 10.

Some release notes at TI for this version say compatible with "Win XP, Windows 7 and Windows 10"
Other release notes at TI for this version say compatible with "Win XP, Windows 7" (example, the release notes included with the actual program have removed Win 10 from capatibility)

So, is there any way to get this program to display properly on Windows 10 Pro?

As mentioned in above thread, please keep the font size to 100% that might solve your issue.

Your answer doesn't solve the problem in Windows 10.

It took me a long time, but I solved my own problem.

The solution for Windows 10, in a multiple monitor situation, is this:

--> In windows "settings" dialogs, you must set the monitor you want to run the TI HAL program on as the "main display". In Windows 10, for this problem, click the box "Make this my main display".
