MCU-PLUS-SDK-AM263X: What register can you read to determine if part is AM2632 or AM2634?

Part Number: MCU-PLUS-SDK-AM263X
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AM2634, AM2632

Hello support,

We have a Green Hills JTAG probe script for debugging and flash programming. We currently have two versions of this script: one for AM2632 and one for AM2634. A little different probe commands between them to stop cores and such. It would be great to just have one script that looks at some register to determine which chip we're interfacing with. Is there a chip ID or core count or some register that could be used to distinguish between an AM2632 or AM2634?

Thanks,
Jon
