Hi Frank,

Please choose PA0/PA1 as the PWM output. They are the Open-drain GPIO.

If the other PWM was pulled high to 3.3V by a 1K resistor, would it have any issue?

Hi Color,

If the pin of PWM output is standard push pull mode, pull-up resistor will not affect the level output of its original configuration.
