For Hardware Certification (AP00210) back in July 2023, we achieved both ASIL-D and SIL-3.
This seems like a question on the Software Certification (AP00216) status.
Not sure why this E2E was assigned to me and believe it should be reassigned to someone of the Software side who is more familiar with this status.

Assuming (in your question) BSP expands out to Basic Software Package or Board Support Package.
Based on above assumption, this is the answer to your question:
TI provides an SDK (Software Development Kit) for AM263x.
This SDK may be accessed here
This SDK contains SW drivers for TI standard boards (such as control card and launch pad).
This SDK is "generally" not safety certified.
Only a few selected components of the SDK are certified to meet a systematic capability of ASIL-D and/or SIL-3 (per IEC 61508)
These components are:
In addition to the above components of the SDK, TI also provides an SDL (Safety Diagnostics Library) for AM263x.
This SDL is also safety certified (by TUV) to meet a systematic capability of ASIL-D and SIL-3.
This should answer your question.
Hi Anandakrishanan,
Please find more information about the SDLs in the MCU+ SDK here - https://software-dl.ti.com/mcu-plus-sdk/esd/AM263X/latest/exports/docs/api_guide_am263x/SDL_PAGE.html
