AM2432: EtherCAT and DSL SDK

Dear Team,

a customer of mine implemented 2-channels DSL and EtherCAT.

There seem to be differend SDK`s available for it.

For example, DSL is working with one, but not EtherCAT, the the other way around.

Can you help clarify that and maybe clean that up?

By DSL do you mean Ethernet, if yes which example are they using.

If they want to use EtherCAT then they should use Industrial comms sdk and the same SDK has MCU SDK contained inside it in case they want to use it.

Please check the following folder in Industrial comms sdk to find mcu sdk inside it: ind_comms_sdk_am243x_09_00_00_03\mcu_plus_sdk

Please let me know in case if you have any other query. Also could you share more details on their use case?

Hi Isse,

I misunderstood DSL as standard ethernet. For HDSL and etherCAT please go through motor control SDK:

C:\ti\MC_SDK\motor_control_sdk_am243x_09_00_00_05\ind_comms_sdk\examples\industrial_comms - You will see ethercet example inside this folder.
