EK-TM4C1294XL: 5 v output

Hi,

I am thinking of using the EK-TM4C1294XL microcontroller for an application, and I would like to know if there is any way to supply 5 V (800 mA) from some output of the micro.

Hi,

On the EK-TM4C1294XL, there are two boosterPack connectors. On each boosterPack connector, a 5V pin is brought. Refer to the LP user's guide. On the board, there is a TPS2052B_DRB_8 that will limit the current to a min of 0.75A.

Hi Charles,

Thank you for the answer. From what I have read in the datasheet of the TPS2052B_DRB_8, the minimum current is 0.75 A and the maximum is 1.25 A. So yes you can supply 5 v with 800 mA from the 5v pin, right ?
