mcu_plus_sdk_am243x_09_01_00_41的ducoment中有2处提到ospi的phy，但是不统一：
在Release Notes的SOC Device Drivers下的OSPI里，表格说明PHY Mode是测试过的；
而在SOC Peripheral Drivers的OSPI下的Features not Supported里，写明PHY mode is not supported yet.
所以，ospi的phy mode是否可用？
