Hi,

After some messages interchange using Texas Instruments Customer Support, they suggest me to better put the inquire in this forum.

As there is no SEU/MB analysis for TMS5703137CGWTMEP, and TMS570LC4357-SEP is not available to purchase. I would like to know if TI has, in portfolio and available to purchase, a HERCULES microcontroller (TMSXXX) which has some kind of SEU/MBU analysis available.

The TID radiation test report is being reviewed, and will be release in Feb 2024.

Thank you very much for your response. This information clarify the situation.

And as for the others HERCULES (TMS470, RM48x, others TMS570...), is there any option for us? We would need a radiation tolerant device or a device with an available SEA analysis.

Hi David,

I don't think other devices of Hercules have this report, this report is only available for SEP variant because,

SEP (Space EP)- It is designed for Aerospace applications, which will have high temperatures ranges and these packages have high radiation tolerance.

And other Hercules devices of the Hercules not specifically designed for Aerospace applications.
