RM48L540: used of safeTi Diagnose Library for RM48

Could you guide me on how to implement safety functions for the RM48 microcontroller, as well as how to add the SafeTi diagnose library? Do you have any demo videos available? Please let me know.

For quick solution could you guide me, Which folders from SafeTI Diagnose do I need to add to my project, and should I update my HAL configuration as well? is there any application available from Texas Instruments to merge example files of SafeTi into the application file? Should SafeTI function be implemented in the update of the sys_startup.c (_c_int00) file?

I have added safe ti files manually In application. I want to know how to check whether its working or not?
