I have a question regarding the switch used in the AM243. Is there any possibility of tunneling Profinet IRT frames?
We want our IO-Link Master (as Profinet RT Device) being used in a IRT network but without actually supporting IRT. So the question is, if the switch is somehow capable of forwarding IRT frames or if there is any other switch available from TI to do so?
The goal is to not need a Scalance Switch in the network to use our IO-Link Master in an IRT network, but our Master being used as switch in such a network (without actually supporting IRT by the Master Application).
