Hi all,
I would like to program the MSPM0L1306 to communicate with the motor driver DRV8243S via SPI, so it drives the motor for 50ms. My question is, does a code example exist, where the MSPM0L1306 controlls the DRV8243S via SPI which I can modify for my purpose? I am grateful for every help! TI has a motor control library:

Though it might just be easier to roll your own.

I also found this App note and I looked into the code example but it was not very helpful. Is there another example for a brushed dc motor driver with SPI?

Well, then you can get the generic SPI example and figure out the commands for your driver.

But you can probably save a *lot* of time by just getting a driver with step and direction inputs and just sending GPIO pulses, I used a timer, but that is not necessary.

Hi Daniel,

We give some example of SPI interface in SDK where you can look at and take it as reference.

Meanwhile, I suppose there isn't a demo for DRV8343S, in SDK there are some demo to configure DRV device via SPI which you can take it as reference.

Furthermore, to configure DRV8343S, I suggest you can file a new thread in DRV forum for the driver library. And then you can do some test based on library.
