On product page it says,
"Hercules TMS570LS3137 is certified by TÜV SÜD to be capable of achieving IEC 61508 SIL 3 helping to make it easier to develop functional safety applications."
However, the certificate provided by TÜV SÜD is valid until 2021-01-25, so it has expired. Is it possible to get an up-to-date version of this certificate?
