TM4C1294NCPDT: Ethernet data transfer

Hi Team,

we are working on ethernet data transfer. In 1 second how many packet can able to transmit through lwip stack with packet size of minimum and maximum bytes of data?

Please give the reference.

Hi Aravind,

We don't have this data. I will suggest you post your question to the lwIP forum. Please note that a minimum Ethernet frame is about 60 bytes and the maximum is 1500 bytes not considering jumbo frame. A Ethernet frame is encapsulated with Ethernet header, IP header and TCP header. If the payload is small, the overhead of the Ethernet frame will dominate.
