For Q1, MSPM0 can use XDS110 debugger for flash & debug &DFU(As for DFU, I think it's indicated firmware update, right? MSPM0 has PC host to update firmware by XDS110).

For Q2, we recommended customer can order XDS110 on TI.com.

I'm the customer Xinjian mentioned in this ticket.

Regarding your reply, it seems that XDS110 can be used to perform flashing + debugging.

But regarding DFU, we still have the following questions that need to be confirmed with you.

You're right =>  “DFU” is device firmware update.

What we want to perform is updating the MSPM0 firmware through UART from an external host chip/device.

How can we perform this kind of firmware update? Are there any document/info/SOP that we can refer to?

What is the “PC host” you mentioned? Is it some kind of Windows PC application?
