Dear expert, 

Does Tsamples means the minimum sample time for ADC? 

If it is, can the user sample with 100ns?

    Hi Eric,

    As you can see below picture, ADC whole conversion time including Tsync, Sample window and Conversion window, so Tsample just indicated Sample window time.

    You can refer to Fs parameter in the datasheet to show the ADC sampling frequency.
