Hi team, 

Is it possible to connect the external SRAM memory to AM2632-Q1? My customer would like to enhance the memory capacity.

If it is possible, how much the customer can add SRAM memory?

    Hi Shunsuke,

    GPMC supports Flash, NOR and NAND type, but also SRAM and PSRAM.

    In non-multiplexed mode, the addressable space is 4MB (22-bit address)

    In address/data-multiplexed mode, the memory size can be 16MB/32MB/64MB/128MB.
