AM2634-Q1: VPP design for production

Dear Champs,

My customer is trying to use external Jig to supply 1.7V to VPP pin to write OTP ROM in their production line, but found it is hard for them to meet the VPP spec of 1.7V ± 0.05 V in the datasheet.

Do you have any idea how 1.7V should be supplied through external Jig by meeting VPP spec in the datasheet for production?

Do you have any recommendation how customer should design their custom HW for 1.7V VPP supply?

I also found below FAQ for AM62P and AM62A. Is this also helpful for AM2634 device?
