LP-MSPM0L1306: Out of box demo does not work?

Hi,

I just bought MSPM0L1306 Launchpad. Upon powering using USB cable, I see the red led blinks every 1 second. I open the GUI and try to change the rate of green led blinking and nothing happens. It says in the info that I only need the launchpad to test the out of box demo. There is no adc reading from light sensor and thermistor. Nothing works.
