AM2634-Q1: How to check HW PBSIT result executed in ROM bootloader?

Dear Champs,

As I understand, HW PBIST was executed by ROM bootloader in AM2634.

Could you please let me know how customer can check the result of this HW PBIST executed by ROM bootloader?

It seems it was handled by SDL ESM module, but it is not clear for me how to check HW PBIST result.

Please check this and let me have some example for this.
