I used CCS Theia 1.3.1 as my development tool, and I built my project with "Enable 'Arm Hex Utility'" checked, output a hex file, but can't be opened by j-flash, I wonder what's the format of the hex file, and how to turn it into bin file? Thanks.

I think I know what causes the issue, I only checked the "Enable 'Arm Hex Utility'", but didn't select the output format and left it as blank, so the format of output hex is unrecognized by J-flash.
